English Premier League is the top level of the English football league system. There are 20 teams compete in this league at this time. Seasons usually run from August to May with each team playing 38 matches (playing all 19 other teams both home and away).
The competition was founded as the FA Premier League on 20 February 1992. The league is a corporation in which the member clubs act as shareholders, and nowadays it generates €2.2 billion per year in domestic and international television rights.
Season 2019/2020 should be remembered as a unique season. Almost half of matches are played without cheering of fans inside each team stadion. It is caused by pandemic situation. The last time similar situation happened is a hundred years ago.
Liverpool should be crowned as EPL Champion early if matches are not halted in March. The season is completed in August 2020. And season 2020/21 will start in September 12. In terms of original schedule, it is delayed for about a month. But, since all teams complete their last matches in August, resting time is very short.
It is a challenge to players from all EPL teams, especially for players that will represent their countries in UEFA Euro 2020 tournament in June 2021.

Manchester City will try to rebound from their disappointing season.Tottenham will have Mourinho and Arsenal will be lead by Arteta to contend since beginning of the season. Expect surprises from Leicester, Everton and other teams.
