Club World Cup 2025 Sweepstake is an excel template you can use to play office pool or prediction game with your friends for the upcoming Club World Cup 2025 that will be held in USA from June 14 until July 13, 2025. It is the first FIFA Club World Cup with 32 participants.
This spreadsheet has similar features with previous World Cup 2022 tournament. If you have ever used the author’s spreadsheet, then you already how exciting to play prediction games using this spreadsheet. All game regulations and points are similar. You can edit and adjust them to suit your own preferences.

As the game administrator, you can opt to predict scores on actual matches or opt predict scores on their own matches. You can set it as one prediction game where people predicts once and monitor their standings match by match.
Remember to check your game preferences to make sure that you choose the game scenario that meet your own scenario correctly
One thing you need to be aware is how the group standings are ranked. The tie-breaker regulation is totally different from World Cup tournament. Tie-breaker regulation for FIFA Club World Cup 2025 is following UEFA Euro Cup regulation where Head-to-Head matches are applied directly after any clubs sharing similar points after all group matches are completed.
1. Game Setup
Similar to World Cup 2022 predictor game version, This is where you need to set your game before entering all predictions. You can edit points for both group and KO round tables. There are three level of points to edit and adjust them to meet your own point system..Furthermore, there are bonus points table. Similar to point tables, you can opt to apply each bonus point criteria and edit its awarded points.
2. Participant Table
You must type your player names in this worksheet. Do not type similar names or the formulas will give you error message. You can differentiate it by adding number or typing it in different way. In this latest version, player table is separated from scoreboard table to give you more flexibility to add columns to put more information about your players. Also, you can add starting point (extra or penalty point) for each players based on your own policy.
3. Team Translation
This is a worksheet where you can translate club names. Replace the name in Club Name table with your own translation. But, you can only change club names. If you want to change titles and other texts, you can type it directly in respective table headers in particular tab. Next to club table, you will find Fair Play points table where you can put fair play points if you standings have to go through that tie breaker.
4. Game Board
This is your player’s playing board where all predictions and points are shown. Copy and paste prediction scores here and you will see points awarded to your players after you updated actual scores.
5. Game Scoreboard
You can track earning points for each player for all 63 matches where they are sorted by player entry order.
6. Prediction Summary Board
In this player scoreboard tab, you can see all your score predictions. You can also see popular predictions scores above player’s table to ease you on giving some information to your players about popular score predictions for particular match.
7. Game Leaderboard
This tab allows you to track and monitor your players by highest points. If they are sharing similar points, they will be ranked by :
- Higher total points (match + bonus points)
- Higher number of correct predictions
- Higher total match points
- Entry order in Player Scoreboard worksheet
